This Privacy Policy explains how EDK Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit edk-agency.com or when you authorize our internal tools to access your TikTok advertising accounts. EDK Agency, based in Riga, Latvia, is the data controller for this information.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information you send us, such as your name and email address.
• TikTok advertising data: when an advertiser authorizes our application through TikTok for Business, we access data made available by the TikTok Marketing API, such as advertiser account IDs, campaign, ad group and ad settings, creative assets, and performance metrics (e.g. spend, impressions, clicks, conversions).
• Access tokens issued by TikTok that allow our application to act on authorized ad accounts.

2. How we use information

• To create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on accounts we are authorized to manage.
• To generate performance reports for our team and our clients.
• To respond to inquiries.

We do not use TikTok data for any purpose other than managing and reporting on the authorized advertiser's own campaigns.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or TikTok advertising data. We do not share advertising data with third parties, except with the advertiser who owns the account, with service providers that host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers. Access tokens are stored encrypted and accessible only to our application. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

5. Retention

We keep advertising data only as long as needed to provide our services. When an advertiser revokes access or our engagement ends, we delete the associated access tokens and stop collecting data, and delete stored advertising data upon request.

6. Revoking access

Advertisers can revoke our application's access at any time from TikTok for Business / Business Center settings, or by contacting us.

7. Your rights

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are the performance of our agreement with the advertiser and our legitimate interest in providing our services. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
